Part of its international programme, Creative New Zealand’s Global Wayfinding Programme has been set up to help artists, practitioners and arts organisations stay internationally engaged and strengthens their professional capabilities so that they can sustain their international practice.  This includes supporting artists to participate in established international forums and platforms to build relationships and to maintain NZ’s international profile.

The programme is designed to respond to a dynamic international arts environment and CNZ are rolling out new offerings at different intervals over the financial year, acknowledging that artists and organisations in the sector will want to connect with us and access resources at different stages according to their individual needs.

The programme consists of three strands:

Knowledge Kete – advice, tools and resources for adaptation and innovation (such as webinars with international networks and one-to-one digital sessions with seasoned practitioners for advice or guidance).

Artist Tautoko – individual advice on digital strategies or international plans via an Expressions of Interest process. Find out more by emailing international@creativenz.govt.nz

Tūhongonga Connections – opportunities to engage with established international networks to stay connected and maintain New Zealand’s international profile. For example, virtual participation in a variety of international platforms.
